Please note that schools have different food requirements, holidays and program days. This meal calendar to show you the type of meals you can expect for your child's Beeline Market School Lunch Program.

We offer daily substitution options of Sunflower Butter or Almond Butter & Jam Sandwich or Organic Turkey and Cheese on a Pretzel Hoagie.  Just let us know the days you'd like to swap. 

MENU DETAILS  

Caprese Chicken Wrap

Organic baked chicken, fresh organic mozzarella, roasted tomatoes and sautéed greens rolled in an El Milagro tortilla.  Served with a homemade ranch dipping sauce. Veggies are finely minced so that the wrap isn't chunky.

Almond Butter & Homemade Jam


We smear Barney Butter almond butter (with no added sugar or salt) and homemade fruit jam on Slow Dough Bread Co. homemade bread.

Sunflower Seed Butter & Homemade Jam

We smear organic sunflower seed butter (just roasted sunflower seeds + salt) and homemade fruit jam on Slow Dough Bread Co. homemade bread.

Turkey and Cheese Sliders

Organic oven-roasted, sliced turkey and organic cheese on a Slow Dough Bread Co. pretzel bun slider, served with homemade organic hummus and local veggie crudite.

Vegetarian Beeline Market Picnic

Slow Dough Croissant, Barney Butter Almond Butter and homemade jam on the side.  Served with crudite and organic apples.

Slow Dough Bagels, Homemade Strawberry Cream Cheese, Vital Farm Hard Boiled Egg, Organic Apples, Seasonal Vegetable

Fresh from the griddle, made with Barton Springs Mill TAM 105 Organic Whole Wheat Flour, Aidells Chicken and Apple Sausage, Seasonal Fruit, iVillage farm cucumbers, and Orange Greek Yogurt made with G&S Groves' organic oranges.  

Breakfast for Lunch!

A Wacky Wednesday favorite! Our nutritious pancakes are made with Barton Springs Mill freshly-milled heirloom grain flour, bananas and organic dairy, and come in a variety of seasonal flavors like squash, apple and pumpkin. Organic Greek yogurt is mixed with frozen blueberries. Vital Farm eggs are hard-boiled, peeled and ready to eat!

Homemade Pizza with Rainbow Sauce

Our pizza starts with homemade dough that ferments for 24 hours. Hand-tossed and topped with our nutritious, vegetable-rich Rainbow Sauce (sauteed local veggies blended with Muir Glen organic tomatoes and basil) and fresh organic mozzarella cheese, the pizza is baked until bubbly and delicious!

Beeline Picnic  

A lunchtime favorite - our picnic features organic cheese slices, organic ham or turkey, olives, iVillage Farm tomatoes and Texas Gala apple slices. Small Buzz Boxes will contain Organic Almond Crackers (Athena) or Sourdough Project Crackers (Ace), while Large Buzz Boxes will contain a Slow Dough Bread Co. croissant.

 

BBQ Sweet Potato Wrap

Oven-roasted sweet potato dusted with BBQ spices and rolled in an El Milagro tortilla with our organic black bean puree (with Rainbow Sauce) and cabbage pickled with apple cider vinegar and Good Flow honey, for crunch!  Served with seasonal fruit and BBQ sauce for dipping. 

Beeline Veggie Sandwich

Organic hummus, local veggies (like cucumbers and tomatoes), organic cheese and sprouts on a Slough Do and Co. pretzel hoagie.  Served with local fruit and organic Greek yogurt.  (GF Option)

Taco Empanada

Homemade empanada dough using
 Barton Springs Mill heirloom flour filled with broccoli and a homemade cheese sauce or local ground beef seasoned with taco seasoning, organic black beans and organic cheese. 

Breakfast Quesadilla

Scrambled Vital Farm eggs  and organic cheese sandwiched between 2 El Milagro flour tortillas and seared to perfection. Served with home-style roasted potatoes, seasonal fruit and rainbow dipping sauce.
